Israel Strikes Syria: Israel conducted an air strike on a convoy that was transferring weapons to Lebanon, likely intended for the terrorist group, Hizbullah. Israel has been closely monitoring the situation in Syria for two years now, since civil war broke out in the “Arab Spring”. Assad’s regime has been transferring weapons to Hizbullah, in order to ensure they don’t get into the hands of the Syrian rebels. However, Hizbullah most likely intends to use these weapons against Israel and her people. Please pray for the crisis now developing in northern Israel. Please pray for God’s supernatural protection over Israel from her enemies, and that Israel will seek His defense alone. Please also pray for wisdom for Israel’s leaders who are anticipating a potential retaliation from Syria. For more, see Syrian Crisis
Tensions High in Judea & Samaria: Violent clashes between Israeli settlers and Arabs in the Judea & Samaria region left three people badly wounded, one in critical condition. The settlers came to a junction in the region to protest the recent rise in stone attacks, and the stabbing of a Jewish settler last week by a young Arab man. Arabs also arrived to confront the protesters and things quickly grew violent. Please continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem! Please pray that a third intifada will not ensue, and that lives on both sides of the issue will be spared. Lastly, please pray for salvation for both Jew and Arab, for He is our only hope for peace! Please continue to pray for the Body of Messiah in Israel as Israel is facing uncertain times; please pray we will be a great source of blessing to all Israel and that through our witness, many in Israel will come to know their Messiah. Please pray for strength, courage, gentleness, and boldness in our witness to our neighbors who do not yet know Yeshua.
Thank you for praying! Have a blessed week…
