Syria and Iran Threaten Israel Over Strike: Syria and Iran have issued threats against Israel after Wednesday’s strike on Syrian weapons. Syria claims that it has the capability to retaliate and Iran has warned of harsh consequences. Please pray that the instability in the region will not spill over into Israel and that God would continue to miraculously protect Israel from her many enemies. Please also pray that the Syrian regime and Iran would see the folly of their actions and that many would turn from the evil that is controlling their actions. Terror Cell Caught Planning to Kidnap Soldier: Israel’s Shin Bet has just released information that they arrested a terror cell planning to kidnap soldiers back in January. The terror cell included 2 Israeli Arabs and 5 Palestinians. The cell was affiliated with Islamic Jihad. Please pray for the protection of Israel’s soldiers and young adults and for wisdom to be given to them. Please also pray for God to foil the plans of all those who are plotting to harm innocent people. Negotiations Continue for Israeli Coalition: Negotiations are continuing for the formation of a coalition that will represent Israel in the government. This is a very complicated process with a lot of bargaining and maneuvering for positions. Please pray that Netanyahu and those making coalition decisions will do what is right for Israel rather than only seeking interests in the process. Please also pray that those with integrity and justice would be given a place in the coalition and that all such decisions would be made in an honest way. Please continue to pray for the Body of Messiah in Israel as Israel is facing uncertain times; please pray we will be a great source of blessing to all Israel and that through our witness, many in Israel will come to know their Messiah. Please pray for strength, courage, gentleness, and boldness in our witness to our neighbors who do not yet know Yeshua.
