The 2021-2022 Academic Year Begins!

This year's university students are a vibrant, diverse group of Israeli believers who are eager to start or continue their higher education. This third part of our Threefold Vision for investing in the future generation continues to see much fruit for the Kingdom. The whole idea is to support these young men and women in practical ways - financial or otherwise - so that they can strive for excellence in their academic endeavors.

Now that Israel is emerging from the restrictions of in-person gatherings from the last two years, we are eager to resume mentoring these young people with a renewed energy! In addition to one-on-one career & academic counseling, we have an exciting year of workshops planned. These will range in topics from budgeting to time management to cultivating effective study skills, and creating powerful presentations. We can't wait to get started!

We recently hosted 20 of these students for the first meeting of the school year on a beautiful rooftop in downtown Jerusalem. It was exciting to see how God is working in the lives of these young adults, and how they are working towards achieving their academic and professional goals with integrity and excellence.

Please pray for these incredible young people as they embark on this academic year, for wisdom, strength, focus, and excellence in all they do.

Shalom and greetings from Jerusalem!

I would like to personally thank you for partnering with us in our work in Israel.

I am excited to update you about our scholarship program for young believing adults in Israel. This program, which initially began as the third portion of our threefold vision for discipleship, has grown and flourished under the guidance of Tigist who has a heart for mentoring the future of the Body of Messiah in Israel! This program has grown to include not only monetary scholarships for university students, but also to mentor them as they strive towards excellence in both their studies and personal lives.

As the final portion of the threefold vision, these young adults who receive scholarships are graduates of our high school youth group, NerYah, and have also successfully completed their military service. These bright young believers desire to establish professions in Israel, with the ultimate goal of being godly influences within Israeli society.

This academic year, we have awarded 27 scholarships to well-deserving university students, some of whom are pursuing graduate degrees. The week before classes began, we hosted these amazing young adults in our office for a time of prayer, fellowship, good food, and also practical tools for succeeding in their studies. It was truly blessed!

Thank you for supporting our ministry and partnering with us to bless the future doctors, accountants, lawyers, scientists, engineers, and teachers of Israel! I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing blessing and I thank you for being a part of it as well. May the LORD continue to strengthen this partnership, and may you know His abundant blessing in your lives!

Gratefully yours,
