IAF Launches Air Strikes on Gaza for First Time Since Cease-Fire: The Israel Air Force struck Gaza for the first time since the Operation Pillar of Defense in November. The air strike was in response to a projectile fired from Gaza that landed in Southern Israel. This comes right after rocket remains were discovered at a Sderot playground, likely fired during the week that Obama visited. Please pray that there would not be a further escalation between Israel and Gaza. Please also pray for the protection of all innocent civilians in Israel and Gaza and that God would thwart the plans of the enemy. Please pray that the terrorists’ plans would be thrown into confusion and that they would even see the truth. Lastly, please pray that Israel would see that God is their defender. For more, see Gaza Air Strike

Rocket from Syria Lands in Golan Again: A rocket landed in the Golan from Syria. The IDF also reported gunfire on the border and returned fire towards Syria. The IDF reports that the target was struck. It is not clear if the rocket was purposely fired on Israel or not. Please pray for God to protect Israel’s borders and keep the instability from spilling over into her. Please also pray for the many people being affected by the civil war in Syria to be comforted and to know the peace of the Messiah. Lastly, please pray for Israel’s leaders and the IDF to act wisely in the face of these many threats. For more, see Rocket Lands in Golan

Please continue to pray for the Body of Messiah in Israel as Israel is facing uncertain times; please pray we will be a great source of blessing to all Israel and that through our witness, many in Israel will come to know their Messiah.  Please pray for strength, courage, gentleness, and boldness in our witness to our neighbors who do not yet know Yeshua.

Thank you for praying and standing with Israel! Shevuah Tov…
