Abbas has come out recently with a fresh wave of criticism regarding US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and the embassy move. In response, US representative, Jason Greenatt said, “The time has come for President Abbas to choose between hateful rhetoric and concrete and practical efforts to improve the quality of life of his people and lead them to peace and prosperity.” Pray that this ultimatum will come at last and that Abbas will no longer encourage hate but rather understanding.
