We are reaching the end of Purim festivities. All week, Israelis have been dressing up in costumes and celebrating with families and friends. Purim is especially fun for kids and teenagers that get to dress up at school with their peers, play games, get treats and do plays telling the story of queen Esther and the evil Haman. For many people, it is also a time of parties, drinking and inappropriate behavior. We ask for your prayers of safety and protection for the country. Pray that the truth and light of God’s Word would touch the people of Israel and they would see that the same faithful God who saved the Jewish people in the time of Esther lives on today.
