Passover is not a feast that even the Coronavirus could stop from taking place, but massive restrictions on movement and gatherings right now in Israel necessitate that many key ingredients for the Passover celebration must be acquired close to home. Many elderly people in Israel who might normally have family to bring them much needed groceries and such for the Passover are now left to fend for themselves or are dependent on volunteer organizations that are stepping in at this time of new norms. Pray for all in Israel as we prepare for Passover, which begins tomorrow evening. Pray that none will be forgotten and that many will find renewed confidence in the goodness and provision of God at this time when we cannot rely on our own strength alone.
