Dear Friends of Hope for Israel,

Shalom from Jerusalem!

This past week, Israel was hit with heavy rains, devastating winds, flooding, and snow in the higher elevations (Jerusalem, Tzfat, the Golan Heights, and other parts of northern Israel). Over 10,000 homes have lost electricity and are left to withstand very cold temperatures without heat.

Hope for Israel is launching “Operation: Eye of the Storm” to bless Israel in her time of need. We have received numerous requests from people who are in need of basic items like blankets and warm clothes to endure the storm. We also desire to bless our soldiers who are coming to the aid of people in need, as well as protecting our borders in this frigid weather.

Will you please help us provide warmth to those in need? We also ask for prayers for safety and warm shelter throughout the coming days, and that the Lord would protect Israel during this season.
