Operation Eye of the Storm – Update

Last week we brought before you the needs of those in Israel who suffered through the cold front that swept in during the heavy storm that hit the entire country. Over 10,000 homes lost electricity and the freezing cold temperatures left soldiers, families and the elderly to subsist without heat. The storm has passed but it has left behind freezing temperatures uncommon for winters in Israel. We are still receiving requests for blankets and warm clothes to those who are unable to afford these items themselves. Also for the Israeli soldiers who stand guard outside in this frigid weather, we would like to provide them with equipment to stay warm so they will know that they are loved.

We would like to ask for your continued financial support in order that we can meet all of the requests received. It is our desire that we will be able to be honor God and serve those who seek our help. We also ask that you would pray for protection and warm shelter for all those living without in these cold winter months.

If you would like to partner with us in this endeavor, you can send a donation by check to Hope for Israel, 925 N. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL  32953-4559 or online at:  http://www.hope4israel.org/donate/

Thank you for your love and support for the people of Israel!
