PM Netanyahu has requested a delay in the opening of the criminal trial against him for bribery, fraud, and breach of trust. The trial is currently scheduled for March 17th. Many in Israel are worried that the current situation of corona virus in Israel will be a convenient smokescreen for Netanyahu to further avoid standing trial for these serious crimes. If the trial does go ahead as planned, he will be the first Prime Minister to stand trial while in office in Israel. Please pray for God’s justice to prevail, and also pray that the corona virus situation will not create widespread panic.
