With the two most recent terror attacks this week, claiming the lives of three Israelis, 2023 officially became the deadliest year on record since the end of the Second Intifada. (The two Intifadas, in the ’80s and early 2000s, were years-long spurts of heightened Palestinian terrorism and rioting against Israelis.) So far this year, terrorists have murdered 34 Israelis and injured many more.

Much of the wave of terrorism throughout 2022 and 2023 is caused by Iranian-sponsored arms trafficking to Palestinian areas. While the IDF is constantly on alert, and daily prevents terror attacks, some terrorists do pass under the radar.

Please pray firstly for healing for the injured and for the families of those murdered. Please pray for alertness, discernment and strength for Israel’s security forces. Lastly, please continue to pray for safety and protection over all the people of Israel.
