An Israeli delegation reportedly traveled to Sudan this past week in an historic push to normalize ties between the two countries. The USA has been instrumental in getting Israel and Sudan to the table. It is reportedly one of the conditions the USA has placed on Sudan to be taken off the list of countries that sponsor terrorism. Intelligence Minister Eli Cohen told Channel 13 News that he believed Israel was “very close to normalizing ties with Sudan.” This would be an incredible sign of progress of Israel normalizing ties with predominantly Muslim countries. Please pray for wisdom for Israel’s leaders as they proceed with negotiations. Please also pray for a blessing over both Sudan and Israel as a result of seeking peace. Lastly, please pray for favorable negotiations between the countries, and that ultimately, the citizens of each country will benefit.
