Thousands of Israeli Druse were demonstrating in the north on Saturday in a call on Israel and the international community to stand against the attacks on the Druse community in Syria. This protest came after the killing of twenty Druse villagers in Syria last week. They say that their Druse brothers are being targeted and murdered and something must be done to prevent a “Druse Holocaust”. Naturally this is very disturbing and frightening for those in Israel that have relatives and friends that live in Syria. Please keep the Druse community in your prayers, both in Israel and in Syria. The ones in Israel have faithful served and supported the country and we pray that Israel will stand to their defense also.
