Day 272 – Israel Assassinates Top Hezbollah Commander

In a significant win for Israel yesterday, the IDF assassinated Muhammad Neamah Naser, also known as Abu Neamah, in a drone strike. Naser, the head of Hezbollah’s Aziz regional division, is one of Hezbollah’s most senior commanders eliminated since Hezbollah began attacking Israel shortly after October 7th. He played a key role in the abduction of IDF reservists Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev in 2006.

After Naser’s assassination, Hezbollah fired over 100 rockets into northern Israel. Today, Hezbollah has fired a nonstop barrage of rockets at the north. As of this writing, over 200 rockets and drones have been fired into Israel. There have been multiple direct hits and injuries sustained. There is no confirmation about Israeli casualties at the time of this writing. The situation is very serious and we inch closer to an all-out war with Lebanon.

Please continue to pray for Israel’s protection! Please also pray for wisdom for government officials and military top brass as they face tough decisions about imminent war with Hezbollah.
