Today at the junction of Gush Etzion south of Jerusalem there was a terrorist who pulled out a knife at the hitchhikers post and attempted to stab an Israeli. A soldier nearby saw the terrorist and fired his gun at him, wounding him and another 23-year-old Israeli. Both the Israeli and the terrorist were rushed to the hospital, the Israeli is in critical condition. Updates reveal that the 23-year-old is a reserve officer and he succumbed to his wounds a few hours after the incident. Please pray for healing and comfort for his family and loved ones as they ourn this terrible loss and accident.
