Last week, the Community Security Trust – which advises Britain’s estimated 260,000 Jews on security – reported that the number of anti-Semitic incidents in Britain had risen to a record level last year. It claims that the rise is due mostly to the recent war between Israel and Hamas this past summer. Recently a story came out of a British Jewish family who has decided to make aliyah because of the rise in anti-Semitism. Most likely this is not the only family having to make such difficult decisions. We ask for your prayers as the rising number of incidents are putting Jews in danger or at least even using slanderous language on social media and other media outlets. Pray for protection and safety and that God will use this for His glory and purposes.
