Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, begins at sundown on Wednesday, September 15th. It is the most solemn day on the Hebrew calendar, and those who observe it fast food and water for 26 hours. Please pray for peace and quiet in Israel during this time. Please also pray that Israel’s enemies will refrain from provocations.
