Violent rioting in East Jerusalem neighborhoods has put Israelis in danger and left many on edge. Numerous reports of Israelis being rescued from attempted lynchings are coming out. Israel has called up Border Police reservists to help contain the violence. Arab Israelis are protesting the continued search for the man who murdered an 18-year-old soldier last week in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Shuafat. Please pray for an immediate cessation of violence. Please also pray for violent rioting to quiet down in Palestinian towns. Lastly, please pray for protection over police and soldiers as they work to keep Israelis – Jews & Arabs alike – safe from the rioting.
