After days of fighting for his life, Tadasa Tashume Ben Ma’ada succumbed to his injuries in Jerusalem’s Sha’are Tzedek Hospital. Ben Ma’ada immigrated from Ethiopia 21 years ago and held a senior position at a jewelry-making school for Ethiopian immigrants called Magemeria. He leaves behind a wife and six children. He was the second victim of Wednesday’s bombings to succumb to his injuries, after 16-year-old Aryeh Shechopek, who was buried Wednesday night. Tragically, both of the casualties of this terrorist attack were not native Israelis, but immigrants who had come to Israel to build new lives in the Jewish state. Please pray for comfort for the families of the victims. Please pray for the speedy capture of the terrorists responsible for this atrocity, who are still at large. Lastly, please pray for wisdom and vigilance for Israel’s law enforcement and intelligence forces to be able to prevent future such tragedies.
