At 3:45pm the Knesset passed the long-debated law to reduce the reach of the “reasonableness standard.” The vote occurred amidst severe turmoil amongst the lawmakers themselves in addition to the widespread protests outside the Knesset building.

The fallout from the bill will become clearer in the coming days and weeks.
