התנך והברית החדשה- מה הקשר?

הברית החדשה לא באה כדי להחליף את התנ”ך!

הם תלויים אחד בשני ואי אפשר להסתכל רק על אחד ולוותר על האחר.

אותו המסר מועבר דרך שני הספרים, מסר של גאולה (ישועה)!

אם נוותר על ספר אחד, נוותר על חלקים מהאמת לגבי הגאולה והעומק של חוכמת אלוהים ותוכניתו, שמוצגת לנו בשני הספרים ובחיבור בניהם.

בספר התגלות א’:7-8 יוחנן כותב לנו כמה מילים, אך המילים הם לא שלו, אלא מילים המובאות מפסוקים בתנ”ך. בקריאה זריזה “ושיטחית” אנחנו עלולים לחשוב שהבנו את דבריו לכל עומקם, אך ברגע שנקשר אותם למקום בתנ”ך נבין את כל המסביב ואת העומק של המילים שהוא כותב לנו.

אלוהים נתן לנו תמונה שלמה, שנוכל להביט בה. אם רק נתמקד בחלקים שאנחנו מרגישים נוח איתם נתהלך בדרך מוטעת.

בואו נקרא את כל דבר האלוהים ולא רק חלק ממנו..

?The bible and the New Testament- do they go together

The New Testament was not given as a replacement for the bible. They are dependent on each other and we can not only read one and forget about the other. Both books speak the same massage, a massage of redemption.

If we ignore one book then we ignore parts of the truth about redemption, the wisdom of God’s and his plans.  We need to look at the massage given to us through both books and the connection between them.

 In the book of revelation chapter 1: 7-8 John writes these verses using words given in the bible. If we pass these verses quickly we might think we understood all that he was trying to say, but by the moment you connect the original verses in the contexts in the bible you understand the real depth in the words john writes us.

God gave us the whole picture so that we could look at it entirely. If we pick and choose the parts we read, those that we feel more comfortable with, we might be walking astray from the full truth.

Let us read all of the word of God and not just parts of it.
