Syrian State Media reported that Syria’s air defense systems intercepted an Israeli air attack in the Homs area. Homs province borders Lebanon, where the Iranian-backed Lebanese group, Hezbollah, actively operates in that terrain. It has been reported that Israel is waging a U.S.-backed “shadow war” against Iranian-backed targets in Lebanon & Syria. No casualties were reported in the attack. Please pray for wisdom for Israeli officials regarding such preemptive strikes against Iran and its proxies. Please also pray for protection over civilians – Israeli & otherwise. Lastly, please pray that the world will wake up to the dangers of a nuclear-armed Iran, and take more decisive action to prevent it.
