סוד המשיח

 בהמשך לאל האפסים פרק ב’:11-22…

 אל האפסים פרקים א’-ב’ מבשרים לנו שאנחנו אבודים וללא תקווה בלי המשיח. כל מי שלא מאמין בישוע נמצא תחת השלטון של האויב והבחירה שלו לעולם תהיה בחירה שגוייה. לא משנה מה הוא יבחר.

בחסד נושענו ולנו אין זכות לומר דבר מלבד “תודה!”.

אלוהים הושיע גם את היהודי וגם את הגוי ובכך הוא הראה שבאלוהים אין מושא פנים. אותה הבשורה, אותו המושיע הושיע את שניהם יחד. המסר הזה הי חדש בעת ההיא שהיהודים לא התערבבו עם הגויים, על אחת וכמה חלקו איתם את אותה האמונה.

אלוהים בחר בבני ישראל כדי שיצאו ויבשרו לכל העמים, לא כדי שיהיו מאפיה של מאמינים. אלוהים בחר בבני ישראל להיות ממלכת כוהנים ושהמשיח ייצא מתוך העם הזה.  בתקופה של משה בני ישראל היו כשאר העמים, הם לא הכירו את אלוהים, ואז אלוהים בחר בהם, התגלה אליהם ועשה אותם לשגרירים שלו- שליחים לכל העמים.

 אל האפסים ג’:1-13

 ג משום כך אני, שאול, אסיר המשיח ישוע בעבורכם הגוים… 2 אם אמנם שמעתם על התפקיד הנוגע לחסד אלהים שנתן לי למענכם, 3 וכיצד בחזון נגלה לי הסוד, כפי שכתבתי לעיל בכמה מלים. 4 כשתקראו תוכלו לראות את הבנתי בסוד המשיח, 5 הסוד אשר בדורות הקודמים לא נודע לבני אדם, כמו שנגלה כעת לשליחיו ולנביאיו הקדושים, בדרך הרוח – 6 שיהיו הגוים שתפי נחלה, שתפי גוף ושתפי ההבטחה במשיח ישוע על-ידי הבשורה; 7 ולבשורה זאת הייתי למשרת מתקף מתנת החסד שאלהים נתן לי כפי פעלת כחו. 8 לי, הקטן מכל הקדושים, נתן החסד הזה לבשר לגוים את עשר המשיח, העצום לאין חקר, 9 ולהאיר עיני כל לדעת מהי תכנית הסוד אשר היה צפון מעולמים באלהים בורא הכל. 10 וכך באמצעות הקהלה תודע עתה לרשיות ולממשלות שבשמים חכמת אלהים העתירה, 11 על-פי תכנית העולמים שעשה במשיח ישוע אדוננו, 12 אשר בו לנו עז וגישה בטוחה על-ידי אמונתו. 13 לכן אני מבקש שלא תפל רוחכם בגלל צרותי הבאות עלי למענכם, אשר לכבוד הן לכם.”

 לשאול נגלה סוד- מה הוא הסוד?

פסוק 6 אומר לנו מה הוא הסוד שנגלה לו. הסוד הוא שיש שיוויון בין היהודים והגויים. עם ישראל אומנם מיוחד אבל הוא קרוי ונבחר כדי לקרוא לשאר העמים אל אלוהים. היהודים והגויים שווים הם בעייני אלוהים אבל בעלי קריאה שונה ותפקיד שונה. מרכז הסוד והבסיס שלו הוא ישוע עצמו.

 בישוע יש לנו עוז וגישה אל אלוהים האב. אלוהים תכנן את כל זה כבר מקדם, אלוהים רצה שישוע יבוא לארץ, ושדרכו הוא ירצה את כל בני האדם אליו- גויים עם יהודים.

The secret in Messiah

Following Ephesians 2:11-22…

 In Ephesians chapter 1 and 2 we see that we are lost and hopeless without the Messiah. Anyone who does not have faith in Yeshua is under the rule of the enemy and his choice would always be a wrong one no matter what he will choose.

It is by grace that we’ve been saved and we have nothing to say but “thank you!”

God saved the Jew and the gentile and through it He has shown that with Him there is no favoritism. The same gospel and the same savior have saved both the Jew and the gentile. That message was new in that time when Jews had nothing to do with the gentiles, even more so they didn’t share their faith with them.

 God chose the people of Israel so that they will go out and preach the gospel to the nations and not that they will be a mafia of believers. God chose them to be a priestly kingdom and so that the Messiah will come out of them.  In Moses’s time the people of Israel where like all nations, they didn’t know God, and then God chose them, showed himself to them and made them His ambassadors.

.Ephesians 3:1-13

1″ For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—

2 Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was given to me for you, 3 that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. 4 In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. 6 This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus. 7 I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power. 8 Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ, 9 and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. 10 His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11 according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. 13 I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.”

A secret was revealed to Paul, what was it?

Verse 6 tells us what that secret was. The secret is that the Jew and the gentile are equal. The nation of Israel is special but it is called and chosen to call the other nations to come to God. The Jews and the gentiles are equal in the sight of God but they have different callings. At the center of this secret the Messiah stands.

 In Yeshua we have freedom and confidence to come to the father. God has planned all this from the beginning of time. He wanted Yeshua to come to earth and that through Him, He will bring all together- Jews and gentiles.
