A winter storm has brought a mixed blessing of abundant rain to Israel. While the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) rose 3cm overnight, many parts of the country were flooded. In cities throughout the country, people had to be rescued from rising waters and flooded homes. The rain also cleared the dusty skies that resulted from a dust storm coming north from the Sinai desert. Please pray for more abundant rain in Israel’s rainy season. Please also pray for effective solutions to prevent more flooding as a result of these rains.
