Pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer, halted shipment of an additional 700,000 doses of their coronavirus vaccine to Israel. The company cited failure to pay for previous doses as the reason. Israel reportedly has not payed for the 2.5 million doses it previously received from Pfizer. With the transitional government in shambles, Pfizer is concerned it will not be paid per the agreement. This could prevent youth under 16 in Israel from being vaccinated, which Israel had hoped to do by the summer. Please pray for a speedy resolution to this problem. Please also pray that the politics, which are at the root of the issue, will be solved amicably.
