A firefight broke out between Palestinians and Israeli Border Police recently. This happened in the Palestinian city of Jenin after officers arrested three suspects for undisclosed terror activity. The suspects were transferred for questioning by the Shin Bet. The rise in violent clashes between Israelis and Palestinians as of late is concerning. Please pray for calm to be restored, especially in Palestinian areas, where unrest is increasing. Please also pray for wisdom for Israel’s military officials as they often walk a tight rope in protecting Israel from terror attacks. Lastly, please pray that Israelis and Palestinians will seek mutual understanding and pursue non-violent ways of interacting.
