Israel and its embassies are on high alert after an Iranian nuclear scientist was assassinated over the weekend. Iran’s clerical and military rulers have threatened revenge for Friday’s killing of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who Iranian media said died in the hospital after assassins gunned him down in his car near Tehran. Iran has accused Israel of perpetrating the attack, but Israel has neither confirmed nor denied this claim. The New York Times, however, claimed an American official and two other intelligence officials confirmed Israel was behind the attack. Please pray for the protection of Israel, Israelis throughout the world, and other Israeli institutions, all of which are prime targets. Please also pray for wisdom for Israeli PM Netanyahu and the entire Knesset as they deal with this difficult situation
