Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is asking for another 3-week lockdown after a surge in Coronavirus infections. Knesset Ministers will convene at 2pm today to vote on this proposal. The Ministry of Health estimates the later the lockdown is imposed, the longer it will have to stay in place. They recommend that Israel stays in lockdown until the country reaches less than 1,000 new daily virus cases. Currently, there are almost 4,000 new virus cases per day.
