Israel has vaccinated more than half its population of 9.3 million and pushed ahead Monday with the reopening of more of its economy. With 80% of its adult population vaccinated, Israel is greatly looking forward to emerging from the pandemic. More and more businesses that have been shuttered since September are opening up, and Israelis are hopeful that the worst of the pandemic is behind us. PM Netanyahu promised to vaccinate the entire adult population by the end of April. Please continue to pray for wisdom for Israel’s government officials in these complex times. Please also pray that Israel will be able to effectively keep new virus variants under control. Lastly, please pray for the thousands of Israelis who have fallen under the poverty line as a result of the pandemic, for provision for all their needs.
