Could Iran be planning a large-scale attack in Jerusalem during the mont of Ramadan? Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported that a senior Iranian official warned of a “major operation in a sensitive area near al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem…”. What this means, exactly, is unclear, but it could point to a possible rocket attack via Iran-backed Hamas in Gaza. Last year, Hamas seized the opportunity to shoot rockets in what it called efforts to “liberate” Jerusalem during Ramadan. Please pray for sharp Israeli intelligence to thwart any intended attack.
