There has been increased violence between Israeli Border Police and Palestinians in the Judea & Samaria region. Recently, a Palestinian gunman shot at Israeli police as they arrested a Palestinian in Jenin. The police were not wounded, thankfully, but the Palestinian was wounded and got away. At the same time, more than 2,000 Israelis came to Joseph’s Tomb in Nablus overnight, despite Palestinians asking the IDF to not allow it. They had fears of escalation due to tensions in the area. There were riots, but miraculously, no casualties were reported. Please continue to pray for Israel’s security, for the safety of both Israelis and Palestinians. Please pray that Israel will have strong intel to prevent terror attacks. Please also pray that Palestinians will renounce terror and take up diplomatic efforts towards peace.
