The IDF has reportedly destroyed a terror tunnel intended to be used by Hamas in Gaza. Brig. General Nimrod Aloni said that the main part of the tunnel had two branches that crossed the international border, but did not cross the IDF border barrier. The IDF began an operation over the weekend and filled the tunnel with material that rendered it unusable. Terror tunnels are a known weapon of terror groups in the Gaza Strip, meant to allow terrorists to infiltrate Israel and launch surprise attacks on civilians. The IDF keeps a watchful eye on the border with Gaza to ensure no terrorist successfully infiltrates Israel. Please continue to pray that Israel thwarts attempted terror attacks.
