Please pray as Israel undertakes efforts to establish power substations in Judea and Samaria. Power shortages in Judea and Samaria as well as Gaza have long been problematic. An agreement was signed today approving the powering of a newly built substation in Judea and Samaria, one of four expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
