A number of kites carrying burning objects have been used as of late as Hamas’ latest effort to terrorize Israel. Although it’s fairly easy for people to avoid getting burned by burning kites, the kites have already landed in wheat fields in Israel leading to enough damage to cause problems for Israeli farmers in the region, burning about 25 acres of wheat. Pray that this practice does not continue and that God will guide problem solvers in Israel to find ways to avoid further damage from such acts of terrorism in the case that such tactics are used in the future.
