Anti-Israel operatives who are part of a group known as “Justice for Palestine”, began publishing sensitive information of officials from the Mossad, IDF and Shin Bet, in mid-October. They published phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers and photos. The group’s ultimate aim is to bring the information to human rights groups around the world in order to prosecute these officials in international courts. It seems most of the hackers are Iranian due to the fact that their publications are in Farsi, the Persian language. This is but one of a handful of cyber attacks on Israeli security officials within the past few months. It is a serious issue and must be addressed. Please pray for the protection of Israel’s security officials. Please also pray that Israel will find ways to combat future cyber attacks. Lastly, please pray that those who perpetrated the attacks will be found and brought to justice.
