The Health Ministry is in early stages of approving two vaccines against COVID-19. Health officials reported that both Pfizer and Moderna’s vaccines could be used to vaccinate the Israeli population by the end of this year. While there are certainly logistical issues with both vaccines, it is promising that they may be available so soon. Israel has already signed an agreement with Moderna to purchase vaccines for the Israeli population. Talks are underway with Pfizer to do the same. Please continue to pray for wisdom for Israeli health officials, the government, and for Israeli scientists who are also working to secure a vaccine.
