PAYMENTS: All reservation forms must be accompanied by a non-refundable reservation fee of $500 per person. Full payment of $3,000 is due on or before June 29, 2026 for the Tour Ground Only price. Checks must be made payable to Madison Place Community Church (MPCC). Further services can be requested from HFI at additional costs.
LAND ARRANGEMENTS: Sightseeing is included as per the itinerary provided. All locations on the brochure are subject to change per availability without notice; though all efforts will be made to ensure all locations are seen. Package is based on double occupancy sharing a twin-bed room with private facilities including taxes and services charges. Please be mindful of your traveling needs as to whether you should book a single room. If you do not reserve two (2) people per room, Hope For Israel (HFI) will do its best to place you in a room with another guest. If not possible, the single room price will be charged. Single rooms are available at an additional cost of $1,235. HFI reserves the right to substitute hotels according to availability with adjustments being made when necessary.
GROUND ONLY GUESTS: Amsalem Tours/MPCC/HFI is not responsible for any challenges (e.g. missed tour departure due to flight delays or overbooking, missed airport transportation due to difference in arrival time, etc.) that may arise from booking your own airfare.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare to and from Israel, passport and visa fees (including ETA IL approval), travel and health insurance, lunches, expenses of personal nature, tips to the guide, driver, & hotel staff, and any Covid related expenses.
INSURANCE: It is mandatory to purchase travel and health insurance for baggage, trip cancellation and medical emergencies. All participants must bring documentation of proof of health insurance upon arrival in Israel.
VISA AND HEALTH: A valid passport for at least six (6) months past the completion of the trip is required for all participants. There are no visa requirements for citizens of the USA for travel in Israel. Other nationals should contact the Israeli consulate in their county for visa requirements. Tours of Hope/HFI will not process visa applications. This tour requires a great deal of walking; some of it will be difficult. Thus, each person touring should be in good physical condition. Every guest is expected to come on the tour in good health. Tours of Hope/HFI is not responsible for the health of those coming on the tour, which could affect your trip expectations. If you need any physical help during the trip, it will be your responsibility to secure all needed help. All medical expenses incurred while in Israel are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
BAGGAGE: Baggage is limited to one (1) piece of luggage per person; the combined total dimensions of the bag may not be larger than 62 inches or exceed 50 pounds. One piece of carry-on luggage is allowed; the total combined dimensions may not be larger than 41 inches or exceed 40 pounds. Baggage is at your “own risk” throughout the tour. Amsalem Tours/MPCC/Tours of Hope/HFI is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage. Baggage insurance is recommended. Please check with your airlines as to their baggage limitations and sizes. Please note, you may not bring more and larger baggage than what is stated here.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation notices must be received in writing. Cancellation notices received prior to May 29, 2026 will receive back 50% of the total payments made, minus the reservation fee of $500 per person. Cancellation notices received after June 29, 2026 will not receive any refund from Amsalem Tours/MPCC/Tours of Hope or HFI ministries regardless of the reason for cancellation. All returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee per check and the reservation will be forfeited until full payment is made. If Tours of Hope/HFI must cancel the Tour, all monies, including deposit, will be refunded.
Covid19: Due to the ever-changing nature of the situation, each traveler must abide by the entrance rules of Israel at the time of arrival.
Postponement: If for reasons beyond HFI’s control, the Tour may be postponed to a later date, all payments will be applied to the new Tour dates. If you choose not to go on the new Tour dates, the CANCELLATION Terms and Conditions will apply (see above).
RESPONSIBILITY: Amsalem Tours/HFI is acting solely as an intermediary agent for the travel suppliers providing the means of transportation, hotel and/or all other related services being purchased (the “Third Party Providers”). Amsalem Tours/Tours of Hope/HFI, therefore, shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to any person or property or additional expense involved with travel resulting from acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, diseases, mechanical difficulties, failure of any means of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transportation or hotel services or any other matter or even over which Amsalem Tours/Tours of Hope/HFI has no control; or for any state of quality, hygiene, political, stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunication facilities, methods of conducting businesses, emergency medical evacuation, treatment or medical services existing at any travel destination. By embarking upon his/her travel, the passenger voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The insurance and acceptance of any exchange orders or tickets shall constitute consent by the purchaser and/or passenger to the foregoing conditions. All exchange orders and tickets are also subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Third-Party Providers may impose. Finally, Amsalem Tours/Tours of Hope/HFI shall not be liable for any funds received from the purchaser and/or passenger and paid over to any Third-Party Provider that subsequently becomes insolvent or files any bankruptcy or similar proceedings or fails to deliver services.
SECURITY: You must stay with the group at all times. In case you must leave for any reason, you must notify a representative of Tours of Hope/HFI before you leave. Guests are not allowed – either in the hotel or on excursions – without HFl’s permission. A guest is anyone who is not officially with the tour group.
SPECIAL NOTE: Delays, cancellations and overbooking by participating Third Party Providers may occur on land reservations. While Amsalem Tours/MPCC/Tours of Hope/HFI will do its utmost to avoid these inconveniences, it shall not be liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of such Third-Party Providers.
Amsalem Tours/MPCC/Tours of Hope/HFI reserve the right (i) to cancel any tour, substitute hotels and make such alterations in tour itineraries as may be necessary or desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour(s); and, (ii) to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour. All additional cost, if necessary, shall be the passenger’s responsibility. In addition, Amsalem/MPCC/Tours of Hope/HFI may cancel any tour prior to departure. In such a case, a full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passenger and/or purchaser of the tour. All disputes arising under, in connection with, or incident to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Brevard County, Florida, USA, and in the court of no other city, state or country. Retention of tickets or reservations by the purchaser and/or passenger after insurance shall constitute consent to the above terms, as well as an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
PERSONAL CONDUCT AND BUSINESS: While traveling in Israel, no personal business transactions or making contacts for future business are allowed. Furthermore, there is to be no dissemination of Christian/Messianic material at any time while on the tour except as authorized by Tours of Hope/HFI.
