One issue faced by many Jews making aliyah (immigration to Israel) is that of struggling to get a job in their field of expertise. This often has to do with a lack of understanding of where to look and who to speak with on the matter. As a result, the Israeli Immigration and Absorption ministry invited many relevant employers to search for immigrant employees at a job fair for Olim today. Lord bless the Olim who are stepping out of the familiar to return to the homeland of the Jewish people. Guide employers to employees who are able to meet their needs. Thank you Lord for your provision and how you have been faithful to the Jewish people throughout the generations.
