This morning, a female terrorist arrived at the Tayasir checkpoint in the Jordan Valley. After refusing to identify herself, she attempted to stab the IDF soldiers at the checkpoint. The soldiers responded and neutralized the terrorists. Our forces sustained no casualties.

The attempted attack this morning is part of a series of attacks and attempts to harm civilians and security forces that have been occurring over the past month. Among them is the shooting attack that took place yesterday, in which a 19-year-old female soldier was seriously injured, and another 40-year-old Israeli was moderately wounded.
