New Israeli Ambassador to USA:  PM Netanyahu has appointed Ron Dermer as the new Israeli Ambassador to the US.  Dermer, Netanyahu’s former chief advisor for the past two years, is set to replace outgoing Ambassador, Michael Oren.  Dermer is an American-born Israeli citizen with impressive credentials, and Netanyahu’s government has high hopes for him to recreate some warmth between the USA and Israel, whose relations have grown cooler in the past few years.  Please pray for Ron Dermer in this new position, as it can have very positive effects on US/Israeli relations.  Please also pray that God will speak through him to bring an understanding between Obama and Netanyahu.  For more, see Ron Dermer

New Interim Egyptian Prime Minister Named:  A leading economist, Hazem Beblawi, was named Egypt’s interim prime minister.  Elections are set to be held within 6 months.  Please continue to pray for the situation in Egypt, and for the peace treaty with Israel to be upheld.  Please also pray that Egypt will not become a breading ground for terrorists working to attack Israel.  For more, see Interim Egyptian PM

Please continue to pray for the Body of Messiah in Israel as the time of the tribulation draws near; please pray we will be a great source of blessing to all Israel and that through our witness, many in Israel will come to know their Messiah.  Please pray for strength, courage, gentleness, and boldness in our witness to our neighbors who do not yet know Yeshua.
