Shavuot (Pentecost) begins at sundown on Saturday night in Israel. This is a special time remembering when God gave the Torah to the children of Israel. It is also a time when believers in Messiah celebrate the giving of the Holy Spirit and the languages to share the Good News throughout the nations (Acts 2).
