As we continue into a 5th year of drought in Israel, please join us in praying for the efforts to further the Red Sea to the Dead Sea Canal Project, which is expected to provide tens of millions of gallons of drinkable water to Jordan and Israel in the coming years. One thing to especially pray for is cooperation between Israel and Jordan in spite of last year’s tensions (the Israeli embassy had to shut down in Jordan because of an incident between an Israeli and Jordanian there). Please also pray that as this project does progress that it will lead to increasing understanding and support for Israel from Jordan. As the water crisis is addressed through teamwork between the two nations, may God bring about a true sister nation for Israel in Jordan.
