Israel has uncovered an Iranian-backed terror cell operating as a “humanitarian” aid agency in the Palestinian Authority-run area of Judea & Samaria. The cell was plotting various terror attacks within Israel, which included kidnapping an IDF soldier to use as a bargaining chip to free Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons. Israel foils terror attacks regularly, and is constantly on guard against such plots.
