German Jews Warned Against Wearing Kippah

“It is unbelievable that 74 years after the end of World War II, Jews in Germany are unable to wear kippot on their heads because they fear for their lives,” said Isaac Herzog in a statement Sunday. Herzog is the head of the Jewish Agency in Israel. He responded to Felix Klein’s warning to Jews in Germany to avoid wearing the traditional Jewish skullcap, the kippah. This sad state of affairs is further proof of rising anti-Semitism in Europe. Please pray for the safety of Jewish people everywhere, especially as anti-Semitism is gaining popularity in many countries. Please also pray for wisdom for European governments in how to combat this trend.
